The Zumba® program is a fitness-party with a contagious blend of Latin and international rhythms such as Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, Mambo, Flamenco, Cha-cha, Reggaeton, Samba, Belly dance and more.

Zumba® fitness uses a cardiovascular and strength-training approach to torch calories (400 to 1000 an hour). It’s easy to follow, effective and totally exhilarating! Zumba® has something for everyone — all shapes, sizes, ages, male and female. High energy cardio class inspired by Latin dancing…. feels more like a party than a workout! All levels… beginners welcome.
