Spin is an exciting new program that incorporates cycling and resistance training.

It combines the speed and intensity of cardiovascular training with the concentration and discipline of weight training for a full-body workout that is unmatched. Spin uses 1lb. to 5lb. weights to work your upper body and core for approximately 12-15 minutes per ride. Are you ready to fulfill the potential you never thought you had? Indoor cycling on a stationary bike while also incorporating the use of small weights. All levels… beginners welcome.
